At Jinx Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
